I'm an entrepreneur-coach kind of person. I do like starting and reorganizing stuff. I've started several ministries at churches and reorganized others. I usually do this via coaching others in a structure I've established.
Once I thought I would like to be in full-time ministry of some sort, but as I've studied and explored this, I'm thinking too much is done by professionals as it is. That doesn't mean professionals aren't needed, just that men need the room to grow and take charge. Organic churches, redemptive communities are all things I've been exploring.
Ultimately, I feel God's call on my life is to unleash others, particularly men, to be all they are meant to be. That may involve helping men with spiritual warfare, community, healing, release, freedom, life. I'm really excited about the future of the church -- I think the information age of society will impact the church into a new revolution. Each redemptive community will be a reflection of the mosaic of the people in it, not just a cookie cutter church run by a professionals.
